Am 22. Januar 2025 wurde die Verordnung (EU) 2025\/40 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 19. Dezember 2024 \u00fcber Verpackungen und Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle, zur \u00c4nderung der Verordnung (EU) 2019\/1020 und der Richtlinie (EU) 2019\/904 sowie zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 94\/62\/EG ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n
Diese Verordnung (im Folgenden PPWR, abgek\u00fcrzt f\u00fcr \u201cPackaging and Packaging Waste Regulation\u201d) ist am 11. Februar 2025 in Kraft getreten und legt neue Bestimmungen zur Vermeidung und Wiederverwendung von Verpackungen fest. Sie ersetzt weitgehend die bestehende belgische Gesetzgebung, insbesondere das Zusammenarbeitsabkommen vom 4. November 2008 zur Vermeidung und Bewirtschaftung von Verpackungsabf\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n
