L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait de d\u00e9velopper une vision commune sur la Responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9largie du Producteur (REP). <\/p>\n<p>Un nouvel Accord de coop\u00e9ration REP et d\u00e9chets sauvages fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un travail de longue haleine au sein de la PIREP. Cet accord ambitionne tout d\u2019abord la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un cadre interr\u00e9gional pour traiter d\u2019autres flux que les d\u00e9chets d\u2019emballages, soumis \u00e0 la Responsabilit\u00e9 \u00e9largie des Producteurs (REP). Par ailleurs, il pr\u00e9voit de r\u00e9percuter les co\u00fbts des d\u00e9chets sauvages aux responsables de ces flux de d\u00e9chets. <\/p>\n<p>Ce nouvel Accord de coop\u00e9ration int\u00e9grera la PIREP \u00e0 la CIE. Ces cat\u00e9gories comprennent notamment les bouteilles pour boissons en plastique \u00e0 usage unique, qui devront pr\u00e9senter un pourcentage de contenu recycl\u00e9 de 30 % d\u2019ici \u00e0 2030 et de 65 % d\u2019ici \u00e0 2040. Ainsi, il n\u2019y aura plus de d\u00e9finition nationale de \u00ab responsable d\u2019emballages \u00bb ou de \u00ab producteur \u00bb, mais bien une d\u00e9finition europ\u00e9enne uniforme du \u00ab producteur \u00bb. La notion belge actuelle de \u00ab responsable d\u2019emballages \u00bb, ainsi que sa d\u00e9finition correspondante, se verront donc abandonn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019une simple modification d\u2019ordre terminologique<span class=\"s1\"> <\/span><span class=\"s2\">; <\/span>elle implique aussi des changements substantiels.
